I've never heard of individual silicone baking cups. I love my silicone utensils, like spatulas and tongs and spoons, but haven't ventured into bakeware yet. I'm going to have to check this out -- I've been using recycled paper baking cups and still feeling slightly guilty about it. Oh, very pretty indeed! I've seen sil pats (the baking sheets) used both with and without cooking spray. In theory you shouldn't need any, but some people use the spray to help get things browned. I have been using them exclusively for over a year and they are holding up very well. The thing you really have to watch is that the muffins will slip out of the cups and fly across the room if you aren't careful I also use silicon baking sheets over the cookie sheets for cookies and things and they work great as well.
