Reusable lunch bags

These super cute cloth lunch bags are available at www.reusablebags.com.

The bags are eco-friendly (alternative to vinyl-lined bags), machine washable and 100% lead free. I suppose they are meant to be kids’ lunch bags, but they are versatile enough for anyone, I think. That is, as long as you don’t need a huge lunch container. (Image is from reusablebags.com)

Oh! I like these. I wish I had something like that back when I was in school and bringing lunches places. If I ever need to again, I’m going to get one of these. Great find. Thanks for sharing it!

Those are just adorable! I’d carry one! Of course, I’d probably carry a Disney Princess lunchbox too. LOL. Thanks for sharing that. 🙂

LOVE the kitty one. I have to admit that I got a FREE vinyl-lined cooler bag that came with my PUR replacement filters. It’s nowhere near as cute as that kitty bag, but it will be handy.

Do you use those big reusable cooler bags for keeping your cold things cold on the way from the grocery store when it’s hot? Some stores, like SuperTarget, provide brown paper sacks for your frozen goods so they stay cold longer. I try to not use them but will occasionally if I forget my reusable bag. I make sure to reuse them several times once I have them at home. Currently, for example, I have one ripening my bananas.

I love that site, btw. Thanks for posting about it!

    You are welcome everyone.

Virginia Lee, no I don’t use reusable cooler bags since I’m literally five minutes from the store. I don’t usually have a problem with it. On really hot days I keep my cold stuff inside the car instead of in the trunk.

I love reusablebags.com as well. They have lots of great facts about plastic bag usage.
