As you are deciding which candy to give out to trick or treaters, consider Endangered Species Chocolate. They donate 10 percent of their net profits to help support endangered species, and they have a great selection of organic chocolate, even a special Halloween edition.

You can search the site (Where? button) to find out where to get the chocolate near you. Of course, you can also order online. I’ve been able to find it at a store near me and it’s very wonderful.

Endangered Species Chocolate also sells bracelets and purses made from repurposed obsolete candy wrappers. It’s a limited-edition kind of thing and fair trade too.

Oh! That’s so great. I won’t be handy out candy this year, but I just thought I’d chime in and say great find, and I hope a lot of people buy this chocolate instead of regular commercial brands.
