The people in one of my old complexes did that too! We always put ours in the trunk; it couldn’t possibly stink it up that much on so short a drive!
Now we live in a building with a trash chute down the hall. Our last building had a recycle chute in addition to the regular trash chute, which I really miss.
at one time (seems a life time ago) I was like those people…I lived in Italy and did as the others…I threw my can of coke out of the car window, my chewinggum wrappers, tight out on the street etc etc…and I know the reasons where that simply I didn’t realise the harm it did…and people are paid to pick it up, right? Boy was I wrong!
