I found the e-mail address for the area manager. Maybe I’m too optimistic, but surely, she’s a bit smarter than the apartment manager. I’m also feeling optimistic since the interloper kitty, Choco, isn’t bothering me right now. Recycle Candy.

So, here’s my e-mail after I get the boring greetings and details of where I live out of the way:

Since the apartments have private trash service, I was wondering if you could contract with them or another company for recycling bins to be added to the property. I think this would greatly encourage recycling in our large apartment community and reduce the amount of overflow trash out of the compactors on the weekends.

I realize that the City has a recycling drop-off a couple of miles away, but I think providing recycling bins on-site would be a great amenity to offer residents.
