Re-use old towels
It’s a reasonable thing to buy new towels when your old ones are starting to get threadbare. But unless they are really falling apart, don’t throw them out. What? Give them away? Who would want these nasty things that you’ve dried off with hundreds of times? Puppies, dogs, cats and kittens. That’s who. Donate them…

Junk mail blahs
You know what I like? What’s giving me a little thrill? Bringing my junk mail back to the apartment and putting it in my paper/newspaper recycle basket. This prevents that tinge of guilt I felt at throwing the junk into the trash can beside the apartment mailboxes. And it almost smothers away that smaller tinge…
